went to my psychologist appointment yesterday it was rather interesting, being a sceptic of that kind of thing he proved me wrong after doing a question/answer/score test he was right on the money with how i feel which i found surprising, i have a form of post traumatic stress disorder from the cancer diagnosis, the big operation, and all the after effects and a guilt complex from the same thing and letting everybody down, lyn, my employer, my family & friends and especially myself. so ive got a little mind games homework to do and over the next few visits hes going to do some mind retraining and exceptance programs and ill be good as gold again lol, the main thing i need to get me head around is, i will never be the same as before, its going to have to be a new me to come to terms with everything. reckon i can do that... worth a try instead of feeling how i feel some days, all good, carry on as you were ...kev...
