what does unconditional love realy mean.. ? especialy when it comes to long-term frendships & relationships , outside the biological conection of family. i think its impossible to love everything about a person and approve of every aspect of them if u know them for very long.. so ok you can have some criticisms of them / their actions, yet u love them unconditionaly, what does that realy mean? when frends criticize me or my work, i almost always feel less at-home with them afterward, even if i kno the criticism isnt meant to condemn me as a person.. i feel like i cant fully trust them and rely on their support anymore.. i crave frends like Beach Sloth who only ever praise me, haha, even tho i know criticism is so valuable for growth.. this may be my personality type more than anything- i crave hugs & reassurance in many situations.. in high school my girfriend cheated on me with my best frend, so i mayb hav a fear of being betrayed by ppl close to me , imagining them insulting me behind my back.. mayb what i most crave is knowing that my frends would defend me in my absence. is that unconditional love? probaly not exactly.... what do u call that? having someones back? do U have my back?
