what worries me here is, weve bought the official story hook line - TopicsExpress

what worries me here is, weve bought the official story hook line & sinker without carefully analysing counter-claims (eg: the earths cycles, solar influence, what is happening to other planets in the universe, etc). its much easier to go with popular opinion than research BOTH sides for ourselves... when i see an image like this, it has me thinking this is what our governments/powers that be WANT - us demanding action - in the form of more political necessity/control & more justification of green businesses who, exploit good conscience/trust & the perceived situation, suppress technologies (also making many unaffordable to the average person) for their own inflated profits. were basically begging our governments to provide a solution that will certainly involve an agenda (problem>reaction>solution). there IS a need to consider what were doing to the planet - but funny how the focus is on carbon - not deforestation, nuclear energy, fracking, etc etc. its easier to have the people feel guilty for their role while deflecting attention from the practices of those doing the real & irreversible damage (eg: fukushima) with profit at the centre of their motivations. quite simply, theres much to be gained with this movement (follow the money & consider political/power agendas which without a doubt are behind every & all our movements in daily life whether we choose to think of it or not). i think its safe to say, where theres money/power to be gained in ANY issue, you can be sure youll ONLY hear (loudly) the version that supplies afore-mentioned money/power. for those wanting to educate themselves on BOTH sides before rallying blindly behind a carefully cultivated movement, heres a small sample that SHOULD be considered before adhering rigidly to a fixed belief system based on popular opinion: youtube/watch?v=JnsoFFVYSZk youtube/watch?v=Hob3-XCxdEk youtube/watch?v=2hOhq0vHfMI
