when establishing the legitimacy of the revolution ,usually a Revolutionary Command Council or a Transitional Council leads the revolution and it wins the acceptance by tow ways : Either by announcing himself as a leader ,and the majority joins ;the minority holds tongue and goes on even if they do not announce loyalty . Or by rooting a new leadership on the same way as the parties elect their leaders from the bottom to the top . In Syria ,we failed to authorize efficient administrative revolutionary leader . We only have gelatinous organizations of War-Lords who exploits even the rebels for their benefit and power . There is also deep problems in both thought and organizational structure which leads to a rickety administrative organisations ,which can not stabilize at all . At the same time helpless attempts to build The State appeared in a weather of military chaos . My opinion since over than 3 years was to establish revolutionary councils in the liberated areas , and to find executive offices in Aleppo city (which was not liberated at that time ) ,to secrete the revolution command councils in the fourteen Syrian cities which represents Syrain Revolution . In May 2012 there was a meeting with the Turkish Foreign Ministry who welcomed this opinion .But unfortunately we failed to establish the intended council on our terms ,while few fellows formed The High Revolutionary Command Council ,announcing themselves the revolution leaders and they entered the National Coalition, which refused by the revolution forces and the LCCSyria . After all, a group of rebels who believed in establishing The State and restore the decisions in order to apply on the lands through areas councils and union rebels in Aleppo which will make the real revolutionary decision and will be a real representative of the revolution . Also itll leads to a real legislative councils which can manage the crisis . The councils will join military and civilians . We also mandate the free lawyer of Aleppo to establish behavioral court which can transmit the suspects to the elimination if there is any crime affects the revolutionary morality . Regularity structural work will recover the revolution and will make it regain the popular support because if the rebels are not making the decisions , the will not share the fulfillment .
