when people talk about themselves, they only talk about the positive part of their lives and achievements which are not always true. but when someone else is to talk about you, he is always right in the absence of being bias. the Republic of South Sudan has just been declared as one of the fail state, ranking number 4. this report has angered some of our big people who always think that the country going in the right direction. Whenever they are ask by the mere citizens that why some other things are not going well in the country, their is always, "ROME WAS NOT BUILT IN ONE DAY". If it is the case do we need south Sudan to follow the procedures which have been followed by the other countries until they reached where are now? Late Dr. Garang once said in his time," we are going to build the country from where the rest of the world stopped". is this now the case about the country of which Dr.Garang was talking? you can also judge this my brothers.
