why does Jesus say the you will be hated persecuted and killed for My Names sake? .. ponder this, the devil is the god of this world.. and dark hates light and evil hates Good.. thats why Jesus was tormented so while He was on earth.. so we will be.. if you arent a Christian, the devil will teach that sin and rebellion is COOL... but really tho, is LOVE not more powerfull than cool? when you have a wicked god and ruler of this world, then no wonder would it hate Good and teach to hate Good and cling to evil and rebellion.. take a look at your life as you read this.. are you one that hates Christians and clings to evil and rebellion? are you one who hates and feels convicted of evil ways??.. GOD knows thy heart.. what is in your heart? ... once Jesus is in your heart, hey, He becomes your heart and He never leaves it! so therefore sin can never overpower Him in your heart.. He defeated sin.. so no wonder we as Christians feel this guilt and shame when we commit such silly acts.. never be ashamed of the Gospel that Saved your Life.. yes you will be hated and mocked.. but where are they going? keep spreading the word.. they need you whether they believe it or not, bc everytime you spread The Word of God, you are leading them to Salvation.. their rejection is their own blood on their hands..
