why policy maker of this country compare the development of U.S. /U.K. with us when we have increased our population indiscriminately. i overheard Mr Sam pitroda teaching a lesson to municipal commissioners and mayors of the country about how mayor of New York is recognized after Mr Obama,but he cud not dare to brief the economic/financial status of New York city.He also cud not not threw light on the issue of governance that how many employees r required to give at least acceptable amenities to common people of the country.He might have no time to go deep into the routine affairs of civic bodies where every day municipal commissioner is gheraoed by some petty local leaders with the issue of garbage lifting,manhole lid,broken streetsand this gentle man is sitting helpless as he has no logistics and infrastructure.
