The Assistant Board Secretary coordinates the business of and assists in the daily operations of and communications with the Board of Directors, which requires frequent interaction with senior governmental officials and executives both within and outside of the Authority. Responsible for preparing Board Agendas and Board Meeting Minutes and maintains the corporate records as required by the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority Compact. The incumbent must possess a good understanding of and a familiarity with the Authority¿s programs and policies.Qualification RequirementsTo be considered for the position, you must meet minimum qualifications.
