would anyone like to live in Seward, in a one bedroom right by the Birchwood Cafe? 25th st and 33rd ave. I am most likely moving. have not chosen a place yet, but probably september 1st. although it could be august 1st or mid august too. let me know. i have lived here a year and loved it. there are some kind of funky things about it to know, but overall great place. a 4 plex, and old building so smells and sounds travel through the vents:) the back room/bedroom space is a four season porch actually and requires a heater at night in the winter. good things are: nice bath tub, lots of windows and light in every room, plenty of storage in basement and closet space in apartment, plenty of cabinet space in kitchen, a gas stove and oven, space in kitchen for dining room table and chairs, living room, generally quiet, awesome location, close to co-op, and river side walking and biking paths, biking distance to grocery stores/target/restaurants/ywca/bike shops/music and dance venues/ lake nakomis, minnehaha falls and creek, fort snelling state park, great safe neighborhood.
