yesterday I meet with this girl who wants to rent for 2 months. I told her bank check where I didnt have time to make sure a personal check cleared before letting her in. I asked for first and last. She says no problem I will be here tomorrow at 7 to move in with the bank check. 8:30 rolls around I called and left message to see when she was gonna come. So she says she never made it to the bank and she would be happy to sign the lease and pay me the next day. I told her no and she said will the door be open? Again I told her no! She said she moved out of her house this morning and was counting on moving in......I dont know her, no credit check I dont even know if she really owns the event rental company she claims to own. She was so persistent and adamant about sleeping there tonight! Then decided she couldnt do business with me because I didnt let her move in without payment! Sounded like she had a scam plan all figured out and took me for an idiot!! LMAO Was that a nightmare in the making or what!!!!
