you know this is probably true.....but where in the constitution or laws since says that they have to or should. Yes most homeless are there cause of really no fault of thier own but we do have agencies and support groups and churches who thrive on helping them get off their feet. the real issue is most of them if they can get something with no effort will continue to do so, they lack reason or motivation to better themselves , or in some cases lack the mental capasity to do so and those should really get the help they need. i am not standing up for the ultra rich but i do not buy into the idea that just cause they worked hard thier whole life they should be made by law to give it all back because some people think it is unfair that they are rich either.
