you people are a rip off and your reps lie i bought a tablet from you a bit ago i called when i got it because the screen does not stay on for more the ten seconds and i constantly have to be touching the screen to get it to work and when the screen blacks out it takes forever to get it to a working screen but your rep told me that was normal no it is not i tried to pawn the stupid tablet since it was useless to use i thought maybe they can afford to have someone fix it since i live on a tight fixed income and i can not afford that but they would not take it the tech guy told be that it is a glitch with in the tablet the tablet was a splurge and i tried to get it returned but you reps told me i could not it was not past the 14 days that i owned the tablet yes i paid for it about two weeks before i got and two weeks later i got and your rep told me when i paid was when the 14 days started which was bogus because i did not actually get the tablet until 16 days after i paid for it and i let you know right away there was a problem so now i am out 59 dollars that i could have used to buy something worth my time and i have a worthless tablet that i cant even get set up or connect to my internet because the screen will not stay on long enough and i have followed the charging rules and everything to try to get it working right i am very upset and believe me that is the last time i buy anything from you people and i told my family not to either and i intend to file a BBB compliant against your shady selling and shoddy reps and i even recorded a video of what has been the same thing that happens every time i try to use the tablet since the day i bought it my brother thinks i should talk to a lawyer he really feel your company is defrauding people
