I left St. Louis when I was 16 years old ! Road my thumb to LA .. La , La land ! When I was up in the Bay Area I had worked many Doobie shows but , one day I went to a friend of mines house and she had on a new album of theirs which grabbed my ear . I think his entrance in the band kicked them up a few notches . Not to say that they werent great ! But , his vocals brought out in them another level of sophistication that made them a totally premier act ! Just my thought . How can you deny the impact they had after this ? Enjoy , SH !
