The decision at a meeting following the Sunday morning worship service Aug. 17. The final service is set for 9 a.m. Nov. 23, the celebration on the Sunday of Christ the King. The Rev. Robert Driesen, bishop of the Upper Susquehanna Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, will attend and preside at the closing service. Both the church building and the parsonage, located at the corner of 12th and Scott streets, will be sold. The congregation will review the assets and determine the best places for distribution. The furnishings are available for sale. The altar, paraments and sacred vessels will probably be given to congregations who have special needs - perhaps in a mission congregation. The All Saints congregation was formed in 1915 when 45 local citizens signed the charter on Nov. 1, All Saints Day, thus giving the name to the congregation. The first pastors were shared with the church in Mount Carmel, but in time received support from the board of missions. More recently, the congregation received its ministry from Trinity Lutheran Church, Shamokin, until 1992. The Rev. Alfred J.
