youtu.be/xH9ZGR-Pvjs Elementary Morning Announcements Tuesday, October 14th News • Students should not be arriving to school before 7:30 a.m. in the morning. o Students arriving early will remain outside the main entrance (door # 2) until administration lets them in the building at 7:30 a.m. • Elementary students are not allowed to be in the high school before or after school. • If there is inclement weather or it is too cold (below “0” temperature or wind chill) the Principal will decide when students will be allowed in the building if it’s before 7:30 a.m. • Please dress for the weather and expect to be outside in the morning and at recess every day. • After Prom will be serving Turkey Supreme and BBQ’s, chips, & bars for $4.00 or with water for $5.00. We will be serving out of the High School concession stand from 4-7 pm on Oct. 14th. • Stadium Chairs will also be available for sale $35.00 or $1.00 a chance to win a chair. Winners announced at Wednesday night’s Football Game at ½ time • Parent Teacher Conferences are tonight, Tuesday October 14th from 3:15 – 10:00 pm. The Scholastic Book Fair will be in the Lindahl room from 3:15 – 9:30 pm that evening. • Reminder: Early Dismissal tomorrow, October 15th at 1:00pm. No School October 16 & 17 to Ed Minnesota Break. • SE High School Boys Basketball program has a Basketball Shoes/socks/backpacks/shorts order form through Lids Team Sports for all 4ththrough 6th grade boys interested in purchasing any of these items. o Information sheets are available in the elementary office). Order online at: lidsteamsports, code 37242 Deadline: October 20th. • Pumpkin Decorating Contest o Pumpkins need to be in by October 24th. o Judging will begin the 27th and end the 31st. o You can paint, carve, or decorate your pumpkin! • The Elementary Fundraiser will run until October 20th. o All K – 6 students are asked to participate. Payments are due AT THE TIME of purchase and all money must be collected before turning in your packets. Parents: Please make sure money is counted and matches the total of items sold. o All packets ( with payments) should be turned in Monday, October 20th. • Lifetouch Picture Re-take day will be Wednesday, November 5th. If your child was absent or will need their picture retaken you can have this done on Retake day. • The 11th Annual Sleepy Eye Food for Kidz Event- Sunday Nov 16th 11:00 am-3:00 pm at the Eagle’s Orchid Inn. All ages are asked to help make food packet for needy children around the world. Monetary donations are welcome too.
