This is an exercise that Danny and I played at Capital Regiment in 2006, under caption head Brian Stevens. Not sure if Brian came up with it or not, but its a GREAT way to work on your rudimental chops. If youre having trouble with specific rudiments, you can use this exercise to practice them with different rhythmic values, or to try and sprint through some at higher speeds in order to start small and build up your endurance.
