A little pressure to our manghods (Taga-west) who will have their field demo on friday. this was our performance during 2nd yr. and we had the biggest number of performers which took it almost impossible for us to win and beat the champion of champions. We barely had a formal practice back then. We only had 2 days of practice (not even a complete day to clarify) and burned midnight candles for the making of our costumes. Of course, we never miss out the crying and intensified moments thinking how we can perform without much practice compared to other performers. But kudos for the entire team for making it to the TOP! NOt by our might but because of Gods power. We never joined any competition without recognizing Gods presence and magnificence. A little segue anyway, I came to watch this video again because Im tired and sleepy making the materials and plans as a student teacher but nonetheless, this vid. made me remember how AWESOME God is for helping us get into the way of impossibilities. So now, I had goosebumps before and after watching. NOT because we are great but because we did our best, let God handle the rest, enjoyed the performance, been sport, and NEVER forget to PRAY HARD! ITs now your time to shine. We are now in the terminal of our college days and looking back to this performance? makes me feel inspired to press on. Make your college proud of you for you are making history and I fully believe that all of your manangs and manongs are so excited to see you dance just as all of your loved ones and teachers do.
