Kung Fu is the perfection of a man, and has many similarities to islam. In Islam we try to perfect ourselves by learning about our religion and pleasing Allah and abstaining from sins, similarly in Kung Fu we try to become perfect in what we practice, we learn to control our body,mind and spirit. The Dawn of Islamic Kung Fu was filmed by the kung fu school "Iron Buffalo Fist"(sharjah) the Sifu(teacher) of Zhu Ngaw Quan, Sifu Abdelwahid Habibullah, is known as the best TMA(traditional martial arts) teacher in the whole Gulf region.
