I think for centuries UFOs have been using technology to cloak themselves while monitoring us. Whatever the reason may be, why they are monitoring us, we still dont know. But through testimonies through pilots and all types of different other military sources, we know that these UFOs in the sky use some type of technology to cloak themselves to almost look like the alien from the movie Predator. This is not science fiction folks, technology has already been developed by humans such as quantum stealth, look it up, that completely renders an object invisible by bending leg ways around the target.
