On friday I arrived at the airport of HCMC and my flight was 2 hours late. It was ok because my hotel picked me up, but I had to cancel all my plans for that evening. Yesterday, on sunday I flew back and the plane was delayed again for 2 hours. I have to work very early during the week so I almost couldnt sleep at all. Additionally, my friend wanted to pick me up but obviously 2 am in the morning is so late, so I had to take a cab for 250 k. My flight was 3,5 mil. which is not cheap at all, and at the airport no one could explain to me what was happening. I am really disappointed by your service and I hope you will show some effort to make up for this situation.
