НУЖНА ПОМОЩЬ! (Пожалуйста, дочитайте до конца) NEED HELP! (Please, read to the end) Друзья мои, проблема довольно сложная, и мне нужна ваша помощь, чтобы решить её. Итак, дано: - первая позиция: любое цифровое устройство (компьютер, смартфон, планшет), любая операционная система (Windows, Linux, Android, iOS), любой браузер (IE, Opera, Firefox, Maxton, Safari), любой LDSAccount и даже любой интернет-провайдер на территории Беларуси. - вторая позиция: серверы систем familysearch.org и new.familysearch.org. Суть проблемы: логин, пароль, вход в систему и... облом. (см. скриншоты ниже) Ниже также traceroute. Всех белорусских провайдеров объединяет одно: весь внешний трафик идёт через *.belpak.by. Я так предполагаю, что корень проблемы где-то там, т.к. если использовать, скажем, любой российский прокси-сервер, зайти в систему можно без проблем. Но я не знаю хотя бы, В ЧЁМ ИМЕННО кроется причина и К КОМУ ОБРАЩАТЬСЯ, чтобы её решить. Относительно последнего, я так думаю, варианта здесь два: 1. «Белтелеком» — национальный оператор электросвязи 2. Управление Церкви, которое занимается обеспечением и поддержкой церковных сайтов. Я написал об этом в службу поддержки два раза. Полезность их ответов = 0 Ещё один момент. Первый раз я столкнулся с этой проблемой в начале осени, примерно в то время, когда Белтелеком чего-то там колдовал с системой NAT. В общем, друзья мои, у кого какие будут идеи, подсказки, мысли по этому поводу? Члены Церкви в Беларуси не могут в полной мере заниматься семейно-исторической работой. Постоянно пользоваться прокси - это не вариант, да и далеко не каждый знает, что это и как это использовать. Если вас не затруднит, сделайте, пожалуйста, пару репостов. One thing unites all the belarussian internet-providers: all outbound traffic is going through the *.belpak.by. I suppose that the root of the problem somewhere there because, for example, if I use any russian proxy-server I can get an access to the system without any problem. But I dont know what is the CAUSE EXACTLY and WHOM EXACTLY I can ask about it to solve the problem. What about last thing, I think, there are two variants: 1. Beltelecom - the national provider of electrical communications 2. Church Administration which provides and supports church websites Ive written to the support center about it twice. Their answers have profit = 0 One moment. First time when I met with this problem was in the beginning of the autumn, about the time when Beltelecom was doing something with NAT. So, who has any ideas, suggestions, thoughts about it? Members of the Church in Belarus can not fully do the family-historical work. Always to use the proxy-servers - bad option, and not each user knows what is it and how to use it. If you can, please, make some reposts.
