Work closely with other Marketing Team members to ensure maximum effectiveness of the affiliate program. Identify and recruit new affiliates affiliate marketplace partnerships. Develop criteria to gauge viability of new affiliate partners. Work with the top performing affiliates helping them to maximize their efforts and centivize them to deliver more. Maintain continued growth of the affiliate program by monitoring needs and capturing interests / feedback. Manage affiliate operations, including acquisition, set-up, lead tracking, payments, invoicing and dispute resolution.
