الجمعة-19-7-2013 الجزء المئة وثلاث عشر السيرة النبوية الشريفة الجزء التاسع—صلح الحديبية أمر المهاجرات بعد الصلح وأبى المسلمون عقب صلح الحديبية أن يردوا النسوة المهاجرات بدينهن إلى أوليائهن وفقا لنص قرآني في هذا الخصوص فقد هاجرت إلى رسول الله أم كلثوم بنت عقبة بن أبي معيط في تلك المدة فخرج أخواها حتى قدما على رسول الله يسألانه أن يردها عليهما بالعهد الذي بينه وبين قريش في الحديبية فرفض الرسول ذلك لقول الله تعالى :(ياأيها الذين آمنوا إذا جاءكم المؤمنات مهاجرات فامتحنوهن الله أعلم بإيمانهن فإن علمتموهن مؤمنات فلا ترجعوهن الى الكفار لاهن حل لهم ولا هم يحلون لهن وآتوهم ماأنفقوا ولا جناح عليكم أن تنكحوهن إذا أتيتموهن أجورهن ولا تمسكوا بعصم الكوافر واسألوا ماأنفقتم وليسألوا ماأنفقوا ذلكم حكم الله يحكم بينكم والله عليم حكيم) سورة الممتحنة –الآية 10 PART ONE-HUNDRED-THIRTEEN.Date:FRIDAY_19-7-2013 MUHAMMADAN BIOGRAPHY The life of Prophet Muhammed peace be upon him and his daily activities which were a practical reflection of the teachings of Allah that are mentioned in the holy Quran PART NINE ." THE ISSUE OF THE IMMIGRANT WOMEN TO MADINA AFTER HUDAYBIYAH RECONCILIATION NTREATY. After Al-Hudaybiyah reconciliation treaty,the Muslims in Madina refused to return the immigrating women from Mecca to Madina .Those women wanted to flee with their new faith Islam as a verse was inspired to the prophet peace be upon him in this regard. One of the immigrating women was called Um-Kalthum Bint Uqba Bin Abee Mueet.Her two brothers came after her and asked the prophet to let them return her to Mecca in terms of the treaty ,but the prophet refused for the Quranic verse that was inspired to him .That verse is in Surah Al-Mumtahena ,verse 10 that reads,"O ye who believe !When believing women come unto you as fugitives ,examine them.Allah is best aware of their faith.Then,if ye know them for true believers,send them not back unto the disbelievers.They are not lawful for the disbelievers ,nor are the disbelievers lawful for them.And give the disbelievers that which they have spent(upon them). And it is no sin for you to marry such women when ye have given them their dues.And hold not to the ties of disbelieving women;and ask for (the return of)that which ye have spent ;and let the disbelievers ask for that which thet have spent.That is the judgment of Allah .He judgeth between you.Allah is Knower,Wise.
