الوظيفة : Marketing Director الراتب / الأجر : في المقابلة مكان العمل :القاهرة ،مصر تفاصيل الوظيفة : MARKETING STRATEGY & EXECUTION •Lead the development of brands strategy maximize consumer preference. •Lead the development of the brands marketing calendar in consistent with brands strategy, and Company objectives. •Lead brand’s packaging, promotional, sponsorship program development consistent with the brand marketing calendar, quarterly initiatives plan. •Lead evaluation of program impact & effectiveness, track brand KPIs (consumer & trade), catalogue learning’s/build database, recommend actions to improve. •Supports development of annual market research plans to support strategy development & performance tracking. •Support agency management for their brands, maximizing media efficiency. •Manage budgets with approved levels, in line with agreed AOP •Lead PR strategy for the brands. TRADE & CHANNEL DEVELOPMENT •Lead the development & support executions of all brand presence & merchandising materials. •Support the development of channel & Key Account programs. BUSINESS STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT & ALIGNMENT PROCESS •Lead AOP & Strategic Plan development by identifying opportunities & priorities for their respective brands. •Lead competitive SWOT tracking for input to plan and initiative development. •Lead the development of brand pack promo and sponsorship strategies. STRENGTHEN & LEVERAGE THE ORGANIZATION •Works on own performance & development objectives. •Staff, manage, coach and develop Marketing Team. المهارات : A holder of B.A. or B.S. coupled with a minimum of 10 years of managerial marketing experience. MBA and FMCG experience is preferred. •This professional should possess both a qualitative as well as a quantitative skill set combining strong conceptual abilities along with a strong analytical acumen. •Strong knowledge/expertise of consumer marketing delivery and management, from insights, strategy, direction, multiple targets and agencies, and message delivery. •Knowledge/expertise/aptitude in creative agency management and ability to mobilize a diverse team of internal and external constituents. •Strong leadership skills (i.e. able to present to senior management as well as external customer and agency partners) and ability to influence and understand varied points of view. •Strong people and relationship building skills is imperative for this position.
