اَعْظَمَ اللهُ اُجُورَنا واُجُورَكُم بِمُصابِنا بِالْحُسَيْنِ عليه السلام The tragedy of Kerbala continues... 20th Safar 1436 AH – Day of Arbaeen - Chehlum (40th day) of the martyrs of Karbala. On this sad occasion, I extend my condolences to the Holy Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w), Imam-e-Zamana (atf), the Holy Ahlul Bayt (a.s) and all momineen: According to most widely accepted traditions, the family of the Holy Prophet (s.a.w) remained in captivity for about a year. After one year when the ruler of Syria(maloon) were forced to release them, Bibi Zainab (s.a) said to Imam Sajjad (a.s) that she wanted to go back to Karbala to mourn her brother as well as all the martyrs of Karbala. The same was desired by other women of this caravan and Imam Sajjad (a.s) led them towards Karbala. The caravan arrived in Karbala. Every Bibi gathered at the Ganj-e-Shahidaan upon indication of Imam Sajjad (a.s) that they were all buried there. Some were lamenting for their sons, some for their fathers, some for their brothers, some for their husbands and some for their relatives; Bibi Zainab (s.a) along with Imam Sajjad (a.s) went close to the river of Furat and said, “O my brother Abbas see what happened after you were martyred. It could never have happened if you had been there with us.” She then went to the grave of her brother Imam Hussain (a.s) and lamented – “O my dear brother, I had promised you that your message would reach everywhere. I would protect the Islam for which you sacrificed your life. I am successful in that but you know at what cost? I went through bazaar-e-Shaam without any chador while I had to face the tyrant drunkards of darbar-e-Shaam. I took over the role of Abbas after him and faced hardships all along. I took on my back the lashes of Shimr that were directed at your beloved Sakina but I could not protect her from the sorrows of being away from you. I have lost her and left her buried in the prison of Damascus.” الا لعنة الله علي القوم الظالمين لبّيك يا زينب (س) ---------------------------- اسلام عليك يا أبا عبدالله I bear witness that: You established the prayers; You prescribed the share to the needy; You commanded to do that which is right and lawful, not to do that which is wrong and unlawful; You studied and cherished the ideas of the Book as ought to be; You strived in the way of Allah (swt); You left no stone unturned, while directing affairs in the light of the boundaries laid down by Allah (swt); You exercised self-control bravely in the midst of offensive provocations, till the inevitable came unto you; I bear witness that those who opposed you and waged war against you; Those who abandoned you; Those who killed you; They are the accursed as per the declaration of the Holy Prophet (s.a.w) whom no one gave lessons; Verily, whoso tells a lie is a loser; Curse of Allah be on those who persecuted you, from among the pioneers and the followers, ever growing tormenting punishment; I have come to you O my Mawlaa the son of the Messenger of Allah (swt) for your “ziyaarat”, fully aware of your rights, closely attached to your friends, hostile to your enemies, attentive and alive to the guidance which you had and made known, mindful of the waywardness which leads to your opposition; O my mawlaa, beseech on my behalf......👐 لبيك ياحسين (ع) Ziyarat-e-Arbaeen youtu.be/7enbu4vIte4
