بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم communiqué No. (32) noble Iraqi people.. the revolutionaries of Iraq the heroes.. We greet you, the greet of the loyal men who kept the testament and carried the banner of pride and dignity for the people of Iraq and its loyal sons. Our people and the fate of our country and its unity are going through conspiratorial serious condition, many parties involved with it, which have taken from hurting people and wasting their rights as an approach and from oppression and injure as a way of the rule; yesterday, the final scene of the play was ended by the formation of the government and it was as we expected a repeat of the preceded ones under the consecration of sectarianism and quotas and honoring for the criminals and murderers of the Iraqi people, rather al-Maliki be tried for his crimes and his barrel bombs which have killed the innocent; the spaniel leaders of Iraq have lionized him by his inauguration as a vice president of the Republic of Murder and Destruction. The cabinet reshuffle included the midst of criminals, thieves, forgers and dual nationality and handed over the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to whom patronized the sectarian cleansing in 2006. Today has become clear that our patient people is exposed to the deception, misinformation, ignore and ridicule when the political process has kept on the same faces, and the worse than that they devoted the same approach, so did not remain for the people to sorry seek only that exhibits - be forced - through radical change for this bitter reality and get rid of this clique that meditated in harming and violated the dignity of the people and plundering its wealth. Your brothers at the General Military Council for Iraqi Revolutionaries are pledging you to move forward in your revolution and the vanguard of the revolutionaries will be rushed forward towards its goals for your sake and for Iraq to be a country of brotherhood and a decent living that will enjoy doing justice, equality and equal opportunities, the country of freedom, dignity and peace, a country ruled by its own loyal people not by the overseas expatriates or customers, blood trafficker and the employers precedents of crimes. Our strikes will be continued and our fight will be evolved and the arenas duel will be widened against all who got the dignity of our people and hurt them and we will punish them the retribution they deserve and we encourage all the sons of the real Iraqi people to join the revolution against injustice and to expel the oppressors, it has become clear that the change will only be done through the gate of struggle, sacrifice and redemption, do not contemplate that the change comes from the outside or through a change and reform of the mechanisms of their false democracy, it dose not work with those who were brought up in guided schools to obliterate and destroy your country and plunder its resources, exploiting of your patience and innocence, they meditate in the people and its wealth and land by robbing and destroy, only by achieving change via a massive popular revolution to enucleate out their thrones and their roots and send them out irreversibly. Oh Allah , we have notified .. Oh Allah bear witness, the glory be for the revolution and the revolutionaries and the humiliation be for the enemies and traitors of the people ..
