Job Category Education Job Type Full Time Description Assessing learning and emotional needs by observing and consulting with multi-agency approach to advice on the best approaches and provisions to support learning and cognitive processes. Advising students on time management, prioritizing tasks and work and life balance. Testing and integrating different means and components to achieve the desired learning, education and behavior outcomes. Developing and supporting therapeutic and behavior management program. Designing and developing means for professors and others involved with the education university students to integrate concepts such as theory of knowledge, pedagogy, learning analytics, classroom orchestration, inquiry based learning, experiential learning, personalized education, flipped classroom, cognitive development and adaptive learning in their regular courses. Writing and compiling reports, white papers to make formal recommendations on action to be taken, including formal statements. Advising, persuading, supporting and negotiating with professors and other education professionals; Organizing conferences, workshops and events involving multidisciplinary teams on how best to meet the social, emotional, behavioral and learning needs of students and the university. Prioritizing effectiveness – the context and environment that influence the students’ development. Liaising with other professionals and facilitating meetings, discussions and courses; Developing and reviewing policies; Formulating interventions that focus on applying knowledge, skills and expertise to support local and national initiatives; Developing and applying effective interventions to promote psychological well being, social, emotional and behavioral development, and to raise educational standards. Qualifications A multifaceted role in student counseling, learning needs assessment, pedagogical design, cognitive therapy and career counseling Psychology background is a must M.Sc. in psychology is a plus Gender Any Education major Psychology Experience 6 – 9 Years Other Skills problem solving communication skills coaching influencing Salary (L.E.)
