مطلوب للعمل في UBA Project Manager Responsibilities Conduct an ordination session about project management best practices, prerequisites, pitfalls, tips, etc… to UBA key staff. Analyze UBA project management practices across all departments and provide deep evaluation and recommendation plan. Maintain internal and external project delays. Create and maintain proper risk management recording, assessment, ranking, treatment, etc… Prepare project management documents for UBA product lines and common solutions such as (Project charter, Communication policy, Project management guidelines, etc…). Audit timeframes and ensure its build according to standards before sending it to the customers. Maintain and monitor project progress by updating project timeframes and progress reports on periodic patterns. Create and handle the process of physical filing. Help in the process of creating timeframe templates for each product lines and common solutions. Develop simple reports (progress, analytical/statistical, etc…) for direct management. Develop simple reports (progress, analytical/statistical, etc…) for top management. Prepare communication templates for internal and external usage. Coordinate and communication between UBA departments for particular actions such as kickoff meetings, etc… Monitor and help in managing project change requests. Resolve internal and external issues and solve problems throughout the project lifecycle. Should be involved in all project internal and external communications. Enhance and centralize the project management efforts. Develop comprehensive reports (progress, analytical/statistical, etc…) for direct management. Develop comprehensive reports (progress, analytical/statistical, etc…) for top management. Help in creating costing methodology per resource beside the current hourly phase estimation method. All of his experience should be in IT and software implementations. PMP PMI certificate is a plus since all the above points should be done according to the PMI standards and best practices.
