ملخص أحداث مدينة #داريا 26-7-2013 #المجلس_المحلي_لمدينة_داريا - المكتب الإعلامي #الحصاد_اليومي للأوضاع الميدانية والطبية والإنسانية في مدينة داريا 26 تموز 2013 – 17 رمضان 1434 #Daily_News Roundup: Field, Medical and Humanitarian# Situation in #Daraya June 26, 2013 "مترجم للإنكليزية" - "Translated into English" هدوء حذر يخيم على معظم الجبهات يتخلله عمليات قنص متبادل ــ قصف مدفعي متقطع وتوسع في رقعة الدمار ــ تحليق للطيران الحربي والمروحي ــ استمرار الحصار ونقص حاد في كافة مقومات الحياة ــ الوضع المـيـدانــي: هدوء حذر يسيطر على معظم الجبهات القتالية في مدينة داريا, وقد تخلله هذا الهدوء عمليات قنص متبادل وقصف بقذائف B10 من قبل قوات النظام. فيما شهدت احياء المدينة سقوط عدة قذائف مدفعية على المباني والمنازل في المنطقة الغربية والجنوبي, كما في محيط مقام سكينة ادت الى مزيد من الاضرار المادية في المباني. كما تستمر قوات النظام بارسال دباباتها وآلياتها باتجاه المدخل الشرقي للمدينة لتعزيز تواجدها وامداد عناصرها بالذخيرة, حيث تم صباح اليوم رصد خمس دبابات وأربع عربات BMP وأربع مدرعات بالإضافة لاعداد من سيارات الدوشكا وحافلات نقل الجنود والذخيرة, ترافق ذلك مع تحليق للطيران المروحي. ــ الوضع الإنســـــاني: لا تزال مدينة داريا تتعرض لحصار خانق منذ مايقارب التسعة أشهر متتالية والذي جعل المدينة منقطعة بشكل كامل عن العالم الخارجي, حيث يستمر الوضع سوءاً خاصة مع منع ادخال المواد الغذائية والمحروقات والتي في ظل انقطاع دائم للكهرباء والماء والاتصالات ونفاذ مادة الطحين خاصة في شهر رمضان مما جعل الوضع الإنساني يشكل كارثة على من تبقى داخل المدينة ، يأتي ذلك متزامناً مع وضع طبي متدهور يزداد تدهوراً في ظل القصف الذي تتعرض له المدينة بشكل يومي من كافة الأسلحة والتي تؤدي لسقوط جرحى بشكل يومي. ومايزيد الاوضاع مأساوية, أكثر من 300 آلف شخص اضطرو للنزوح من المدينة الى المناطق الاكثر امنن بسبب القصف والحملة الوحشية التي تتعرض له المدينة منذ تسعة اشهر ويعيشون في ظل ظروف صعبة للغاية وفي ظل نقص الامول والغذاء وغلاء الاسعار. #Daily_News_Roundup: Field, Medical and Humanitarian Situation in #Daraya, Damascus 26/07/2013 ***Headlines*** Cautious calm on most fronts interrupted by mutual sniper operations; intermittent artillery shelling and the scale of destruction increases; jetfighter and helicopter raids; siege continues, supplies extremely low *** Recent developments on the ground*** Most combat fronts in the city of Daraya were governed by cautious calm which was interrupted only by mutual sniper operations and B10 shelling by regime forces. Meanwhile, several artillery shells hit houses in the western and southern areas and in the vicinity of Sukaina Shrine, which caused damage to many buildings. Regime forces continued to send tanks and vehicles into the city via the eastern entrance in order to reinforce their positions and supply their fighters with ammunition. This morning, 5 tanks, 4 BMP vehicles, 4 armoured vehicles, several DShK-mounted trucks, and a number of troop-carriers were sent towards Daraya while helicopters flew over the area. ***Humanitarian situation*** The city of Daraya has been under a tight siege for over 9 consecutive months which left the city completely cut off from the outside world. The situation is only getting worse as food and fuel supplies are not allowed in while electricity and water are also cut off. Flour has also run out which made the situation even more disastrous for the remaining residents of Daraya. Meanwhile, the medical situation is deteriorating as the unrelenting daily shelling against the city causes daily casualties. Over 200,000 people had to escape the city to safer areas due to shelling and the barbaric campaign against the city. These displaced people are living in horrible conditions due to poverty, lack of food and soaring market prices.
