वास्तुशुद्धिसे संबन्धित कष्ट एवं उपाय ( Solutions for problems related to vaastu or premise) Scroll down to read in English अनिष्ट शक्तिसे सम्बन्धित आध्यात्मिक उपाय आजकल अधिकांश घरोंमें अनिष्ट शक्तियोंका कष्ट है, फलस्वरूप घरमें कलह क्लेश रहना, नींद न आना, नींद अधिक आना, नींदमें भयानक स्वप्न आना, या डर जाना, शरीरमें वेदना रहना, गर्भपात होना, आर्थिक हानि होना, आदि कष्ट पाये गए हैं | यह सब वास्तुदोषके कारण हो सकते हैं | वास्तु क्या है ? जिस स्थानपर भी चार दीवारें खड़ी हो जाएँ, उसे वास्तु कहते हैं और वहाँ जो शक्ति निर्मित हो जाती है, उसे वास्तु देवता कहते हैं | आजकल ‘वास्तु’, यह शब्द एक फ़ैशन समान प्रचलित हो गया है और अनेक ढोंगी इस शास्त्रका आधार ले, लोगोंको दिशाहीनकर, उन्हें लूटते हैं | अतः सर्व-सामान्य व्यक्तिको इसके बारेमें शिक्षित करना और वास्तु शुद्धिके सरल उपाय बताना हम सबका कर्तव्य है | सर्वप्रथम यह जान लें कि वास्तुके अनुसार अधिकतम ६% ही कष्ट हो सकते हैं और शेष कष्ट अन्य कारणोंसे होते हैं; परंतु वास्तुका शुद्ध एवं पवित्र रहना, हमारी साधना एवं सुखी जीवनके लिए आवश्यक एवं पूरक भी है | घर यदि सौ प्रतिशत वास्तुशास्त्र अनुसार भी बना हो, तो भी आपके जीवनमें कष्ट आएंगे ही | अतः वास्तु शुद्धिके प्रयत्नके साथ ही योग्य प्रकारसे साधना करना परम आवश्यक है | तो आइए वास्तु शुद्धिके कुछ सरल उपाय देख लें | १. तुलसीके पौधे लगायें | २. घर एवं आसपासके परिसरको स्वच्छ रखें | ३. घरमें नियमित गौ मूत्रका छिड़काव करें, देसी गायके गौ मूत्रमें अनिष्ट शक्तिको दूर करनेकी सर्वाधिक क्षमता होती है | ४. घरमें सप्ताहमें दो दिन कच्ची नीमपत्तीकी धुनी जलाएं | ५. घरमें कंडे या लकड़ीसे अग्नि प्रज्ज्वलितकर, धुना एवं गूगुल जलाएं और उसके धुएँको प्रत्येक कमरेमें थोड़ी देर दिखाएँ | ७. संतोंके भजन, स्त्रोत्र पठन या सात्त्विक नामजपकी ध्वनि चक्रिका, अर्थात सीडी चलायें | (हमारे पास वास्तु शुद्धि हेतु मंत्रजपकी सीडी उपलब्ध है |) ८. घरमें अधिकाधिक समय नामजप करें, नामजपसे निकलनेवाले स्पंदनसे घरकी शुद्धि होती है | ९. घरमें कलह-क्लेश टालें, वास्तु देवता “तथास्तु” कहते रहते हैं, अतः क्लेशसे क्लेश और बढ़ता है और धनका नाश होता है | १०. सत्संग प्रवचनका आयोजन करें | अतिरिक्त स्थान घरमें हो तो धर्मकार्य हेतु या साप्ताहिक सत्संग हेतु वह स्थान किसी संत या धर्मकार्य हेतु अर्पण करें | ११. संतोंके चरण घरमें पड़नेसे घरकी वास्तु १०% तक शुद्ध हो जाती है | अतः संतोके आगमन हेतु अपनी भक्ति बढ़ाएं | १२. प्रसन्न एवं संतुष्ट रहें | घरके सदस्योंके मात्र प्रसन्नचित्त रहनेसे घरकी ३०% शुद्धि हो जाती है | १३. घरकी रंगाई और पुताई समय-समयपर कराते रहें | घरके पर्दे, दीवारें, चादरें काले, हरे, बैगनी रंगोंके न हों, यह ध्यानमें रखें | १४. घरमें कृत्रिम और प्लास्टिकके फूलसे सजावट न करें | १५. घरमें दूरदर्शन संचपर रज-तम प्रधान धारावाहिक, भुतहा फिल्में या धारावाहिक न देखें | १६. फेंग-शुई, यह एक आसुरी पद्धति है | इससे घरकी शुद्धि नहीं, वरन काली शक्ति बढ़ती है | अतः इससे सम्बंधित सर्व सामग्रीका उपयोग पूर्णत: टालें | १७. घरमें नैसर्गिक धूप और हवाके लिए प्रतिदिन द्वार और खिड़की खोलें, इससे घरकी शुद्धि होती है | १८. घरमें पितरोंके चित्र दृष्टिके सामने न रखें | १९. घरके किसी एक कोने या कमरेमें विशेषकर भण्डार-गृह (स्टोर रूम) में कबाड़ एकत्रित न रखें | वह एक प्रकारसे अनिष्ट शक्तियोंको घरमें रहने हेतु आमंत्रण देना है | २०. घरके शौचालय और स्नानगृहको सदैव स्वच्छ रखें | २१. घरके पूजाघरको शास्त्रानुसार रचनाकर, वहाँ प्रातःकाल एवं संध्या आरती करें | (इस बारेमें और अधिक जानकारी हम आगामी अंकों में देते रहेंगे ) २२. घरमें फिल्मी अभिनेता और अभिनेत्रियों एवं आजके राजनेता, क्रिकेट खिलाड़ी, इत्यादिके चित्र न लगाएँ, इससे भी रज-तम प्रधान स्पंदन घरमें निर्मित होते हैं | २३. घरमें सात्त्विक पुष्प, जैसे गेंदा, जाई, जुई, राजनीगंधा, चंपा, चमेली जैसे पौधे लगाएँ | २४. घरके सामने काँटेदार पौधे जैसे कैक्टस(cactus) इत्यादि न लगाएँ | २५. घरके बाहर भयानक मुखौटे टाँगकर न रखें ! ***************** A majority of the households are today plagued by problems caused by negative energies. As a result, constant strife in the house; sleeplessness or excessive sleep; having nightmares during sleep; constant body-aches; miscarriages; suffering of financial losses etc are the troubles that are commonplace. All these can be a result of Vaastu Dosh, (problems due to negative vibrations of a premise) too. What is Vaastu ? An energy is created at any place where four walls are constructed. It is known as Vaastu and is controlled by an energy called Vaastu Devta. Today, Vaastu has gained currency as a fashion fad and several imposters misguide people and even cheat them under the pretext of Vaastu. Thus, it is our collective duty to educate people about it and suggest simple solutions for Vaastu Dosh Nivaaran (removal of negativity in the premise). First of all, let us understand that Vaastu Dosh can cause no more than 6% of our problems. The rest are caused by other factors. However, keeping the premise holy and pure is important for and complementary to our spiritual practice and leading a happy life. Even if one’s house has been constructed 100% as per the Vaastu Shastra (spiritual science of vaastu), there will be troubles in the occupants’ life. Hence, along with efforts at purification of Vaastu, it is extremely important to carry out proper spiritual practice. Let us take a look at some simple methods for Vaastu Shuddhi: (i) Have a Tulsi (Basil) plant in the house; (ii) Keep the premises around the house clean; (iii) Regularly sprinkle cow’s urine in the house. Urine of a Desi (cow of Indian breed) cow has the maximum ability to drive away negative energies. (iv) Burn and create some smoke by burning green Neem leaves twice a week; (v) Light a fire from wood or cowdung and burn frankincense granules dhuna i.e sambhrani in south India and gugal(u will get in all Indian pooja shop) and let the smoke in every room for a few minutes each. (vi) Play CDs of Naam Jap and Bhajans (hymns) sung by saints and read scriptures; (vii) Do as much chanting as possible in the house. The vibrations emanating from chanting purify the house. (viii) Avoid discord and tribulations in the house as Vaastu Devta keeps saying Tathaastu (meaning ‘So be it’). Hence, tribulations lead to discord and that in turn leads to the destruction of wealth, material as well as spiritual. (ix) Organise Satsangs (spiritual discourses). If there is extra space in the house, devote it for religious work such as for organizing weekly discourses, or as a workplace for a saint, or a Guru. (x) The moment a saint steps into the house, the Vaastu gets purified by 10%. Hence you must increase your devotion level so that saints may come to your house. (xi) Stay happy and content. Mere happiness of family members purifies the house by 30%. (xii) Keep getting the house whitewashed and painted from time to time. Do remember that the curtains, walls and bed-sheets in the house are not black, green, or purple in colour. (xiii) Avoid decorating your house with artificial and plastic flowers as it emits sublte black energies. (xiv) Avoid watching raj-tam predominant horror films or crime related serials on television. (xv) Feng Shui is a demonic concept. It does not purify the house, but in fact increases the flow of black energy and negativity in the premise. Thus, avoid using all the material connected with this concept. (xvi) Keep the doors and windows of the house open every day for natural sunlight and air to flow in as this purifies the house. (xvii) Avoid keeping photographs of ancestors before the sight. (xviii) Do not accumulate unwanted articles in some corner of the house, particularly in the store-room. It is like extending an invitation to negative energies to stay in the house. (xix) Keep the toilet and the bathroom in the house clean. (xx) Make a pooja room or pooja place for the deities in the house and perform Aarti every morning and evening. (xxi) Do not stick posters of film actors and actresses, politicians and cricket players to adorn your house. These too create raj and tam predominant (negative) vibrations in the house. (xxii) Plant flower-pots consisting sattvik Indian flowers such as Gaenda(marigold), Jaai, Juhi, Rajnigandha (night queen), Champa, Chameli(jasmine) etc. (xxiii) Do not plant thorny plants like cactai in front of the house. (xxiv) Do not hang frightful masks outside the house.
