මා දූෂිතයෙක් නොවේ..! ලංකා ඊ නිව්ස් පුවත ගැන 118 අධ්‍යක්ෂ සහකාර පොලිස් අධිකාරී ජනක මුදලිගේ පිළිතුරු දෙයි------ (ලංකා ඊ නිව්ස් -2015.ජන.15. ප.ව.11.55) ලංකා ඊ නිව්ස්හි ඊයේ 14 දා ‘‘යහපාලනය නොතකා පොලිසිය යලි ආරක්ෂක අමාත්‍යාංශයට: ඒත් මහින්ද බාලසූරිය තාමත් වැඩ: නව ඇමැති ජෝන් අන්දමන්දව“ නමැති ලිපියේ අවසානයේ රාජ්‍ය ආරක්ෂක අමාත්‍යාංශයේ හා නීතිය හා සාමය පිළිබඳ අමාත්‍යාංශයේ දූෂිත නිලධාරීන් කිහිප දෙනෙකු පිළිබඳව නම් කිහිපයක් හෙලි කළ අතර එහි නම් සඳහන් නීතිය හා සාමය පිළිබඳ අමාත්‍යාංශයේ118 ඇමතුම් මැදිරියේ අධ්‍යක්ෂ සහකාර පොලිස් අධිකාරී ජනක මුදලිගේ මහතා තමා වෙත එල්ල කර තිබූ චෝදනා සම්පූර්ණයෙන්ම ප්‍රතික්ෂේප කරමින් ඊට සාක්කිද සපයමින් අප වෙත දීර්ඝ ලිපියක් ඉදිරිපත් කර තිබේ. ලංකා ඊ නිව්ස්හි පළවූ ප්‍රවෘත්තියකින් කිසියම් නිවැරදි පුද්ගලයෙකුට හානියක් අගෞරවයක් අපකීර්තියක් සිදුවන්නේ නම් අපි ඒ පිලිබඳ දැඩි සේ කණගාටු වන අතර සමාවද ඉල්ලා සිටිමු. පිළිතුරු දීමේ අයිතිය අප හිස් මුදුනින් පිලිගන්නා බැවින් සහකාර පොලිස් අධිකාරී ජනක මුදලිගේ මහතාගේ පිළිතුර සහ සාක්ෂි සියල්ල සම්පූර්ණයෙන් පහත පළ කරමු. ජනක මුදලිගේ මහතාගේ පිළිතුර: ------------------------------------- මාගේ කීර්ති නාමයට කෑළලක් වී ඇති, ඉහත පුවත සම්බන්ධයෙන් පහත කරුණු ගොනු කිරීමට කල්පනා කලෙමි. මා පොලිසියට බැඳුන දිනය වන 1999 04 16 දින සිට අද දක්වා කාලය තුල මා ගැන විවිධ තරාතිරම් වල නිලධාරීන්, ලබා දෙන ලද සේවා අගැයීම් කරුණාකර පරීක්ශා කොට බලන්න. ඔබ විසින් මා වෙත චෝදනා හතරක් ගොනු කොට තිබේ. 1) තමාට නොමැති තනතුරු නාම පාවිච්චි කිරීම .. 2) රාජ්‍ය දේපළ අයථා පරිහරණය කිරීම… 3) නියමිත ක්‍රියා පටිපාටියකින් තොරව පොලිස් සේවයට ඇතුළු වීම (දේශපාලන සබඳතා මත) 4) ආදී බරපතල විෂමාචාරයේ යෙදීම .. මෙයින් (1) කරුණට, මෙහි යා කොට ඈති, ලිපි වලින්, 26 සහ 27 ලේඛන සාක්ශි දරණු ඇත. ඒ මන්ද මම දෑනට රාජකාරි ඉටුකරන තනතුර, 2005 දී කැබිනට් මණ්ඩලය මගින්, මාගේ නමින්ම අනුමත කරන ලද තනතුරකි. නමුත් එම තනතුරේ අඛණ්ඩව පුරා වසර නවයක් (9) ක් රාජකාරි ඉටුකලත්, මා වෙත එම තනතුරට අදාල කිසිදු වේතනයක් නොලැබී තිබියදීත්, නින්දා සහගත කරුණක් ඇසීමට ලැබීම ගැන මා කණගාටු වෙමි. මෙයින් (2) කරුණට, මා හට කීමට ඈත්තේ මෙපමණයි. මා යටතේ ඇති සියලු භාණඩ නිසි අයුරින් ඉන්වෙන්ටරිගත කොට ඈත. ඒවා මැනවින් රාජකාරී සඳහාම යොදා ගැනීමට, මා යටතේ රාජකාරි කරන නිලධාරීන්ට මා විසින් අදාල චක්‍රලේඛ ස්ථාපිත කොට ඇත. මාසික, අර්ධ වාර්ශික, වාර්ශික සටහන් නිසි පරිදි යොදා ඇත. එම නිසා කිසිදු අයෙකුට කිසිදු කරුණක් ඇඟිල්ල දිගු කිරීමට මා ඉඩ තබා නොමෑත. අනෙක් කරුණ වන්නේ, යම් අයෙක් මා යටතේ රාජකාරි කරන නිලධාරීන් නොව, රාජ්‍ය දේපළ අයථා පරිහරණය කිරීම කරන්නේ මා විසින්ම යයි .. යම් අයෙක් චෝදනාවක් කල හොත් ඒ පිළිබදවත් මා යමක් සඳහන් කිරීම වටී. මා පොලිසියට බැඳීමට පෙර, බහු ජාතික සමාගමක වැඩ කල අතර, මාගේ ඉපැයීම් වෙනුවෙන් ආදායම් බදු ගොනුවක් ද හිමි අයෙක්මි. මාගේ වත්කම් බැරකම් ප්‍රකාශයේද ඒ ගොනුවේ අංකය සටහන්ය. මා සතුව තිබෙන ඉඩකඩම්ද, සටහන්ය. එම නිසා ඒ ගැන මා විනිවිද පෙනෙන ක්‍රියා මාර්ගයක් පවත්වා ගෙන ආ අයෙක්මි. මාගේ පුතනුවන් දෙදෙනාගේ පාසල් කටයුතු නිසා, මා පාසල ඉදිරිපිටම මාගේ සේවා ස්ථානයට කි. මී. 1 ක දුරින් කුලියට ගෙයක් ගෙන ජීවත් වන්නෙක්මි. මාගේ සින්නක්කර නිවස බෝඩිමකට ලබාදී, එම කුලියෙන්, මාගේ කුලී නිවසේ වාරිකය ගෙවමි. ඒ ගැනද මා සතුව සියලු කරුණු ඉතා පැහැදිලිව ඇත. එසේ හෙයින් දරුවන් පාසලට බැස්සවීමට, එකතු කිරීමට මා යටතේ ඇති වාහනයක් වත් යොදවන බවට යමෙකුට කිව නොහැක. පාසැල පිහිටා තිබෙන්නේ ද කි. මී 1 ක දුරින් වන බවත්, කුලී නිවස තිබෙන්නේ, පාසල ඉදිරිපිට බවත්, මා ගැන දන්නා බොහෝ අයද දන්නා කරුනකි. මා යටතේ ඇති සියලු භාණ්ඩ නිසි අයුරින් ඉන්වෙන්ටරිගත කොට ඇති නිසාත්, ඒවා අදාල නිලධාරීන්ට නිසි පරිදි, රාජකාරී අනුයුක්ත ඈති නිසාත්, මාගේ කුලී නිවස, දරුවන්ගේ පාසලේ පිහිටීම වැනි කරුනු සලකීමේදී, මා විසින් රජයේ දේපලක් අයථා පරිහරණය කිරීම සාවද්‍ය තොරතුරක් බව මැනවින් පැහැදිලි වේ. මාගේ අංශයේ, පරිඝනක බස් රථයක්, පොලිස් මෝටර් සයිකල් හතරක්, මාගේ රාජකාරි සඳහා කාර් රථයක් ඇත. කාර් රථය ව්‍යාපෘති සඳහා අනුයුක්ත කරන ලද්දකි, මසකට මහනුවර රාජකාරී වාර දෙකක්ද, නිසි පරිදි ස්ථාපිත කර, මා වෙත ලිඛිතව ලබා දී ඇති නියෝග ඉටු කිරීම සඳහා මෙම කාර් රථය යොදා ගැනේ. එහි කාර්ය පිළිබඳව අතිරේක ලේකම් තුමා, සම්පුර්ණයෙන්ම දැනුවත්ය. තවද, මා සහකාර පොළිස් අධිකාරි වරයෙකු හැටියට නිල රථයක් හිමිය. එම රථය වැඩිමනත්ව ගාල් කොට තබන්නේ ගරාජයේය. වායු සමීකරනය අකර්මන්‍ය වේ. ගියර් පෙට්ටියෙන් තෙල් කාන්දු වේ. යම් දිනක, මාගේ නිලය උසස් වූ දිනක වෙනත් රථයක් සමග මාරු කොට ගැනීමට නාමිකව පවත්වා ගෙන යමි. මෙයින් (3) කරුණට., මේ සමග යා කොට ඇති, ලිපි ලේඛන වලින් බොහෝ සටහන් සාක්ෂි දරනු ඇත. මා නිසි ලෙස, පුවත් පත් දෑන්වීමකට අනුව, අයැදුම් කොට කොළඹ විශ්ව විද්‍යාලයේ ලිඛිත පරීක්ෂනයකින් සමත්ව, පොලිසියට පරිගණක රාජකාරි සඳහා බැඳුනු අයෙක්මි. මෙයින් (4) කරුණට .. මා හට කිව හැක්කේ මෙයයි. මා විසින් බරපතල විෂමාචාරයේ යෙදී ඇත්තේ නම් වහාම. අදාල කරුණු සමග, මාගේ ආසන්නතම නිලධාරියා වන අතිරේක ලේකම් තුමාට පැමිණිලි කරන ලෙසත්, ඕනෑම පරික්ෂණයකට මුහුණ දීමට, මා සුදානම් බවත්, කාරුණිකව දන්වනු කෑමැත්තෙමි. මෙම කරුණු නිසිලෙස සොයා බලා. මාගේ කීර්ති නාමයට හානියක් නොකරන ලෙස ඉමහත් කරුණාවෙන් ඉල්ලමි. මෙයට විශ්වාසී ජනක මුදලිගේ මෙහි යා කොට ඇති, ලේඛන වල විස්තර ----------------------------------------------- Paper advertisement published on my post in 1998.
