An elderly Norwegian survey from 2010, linked vitamin D deficiency with musculoskeletal pain, headache and fatigue. Chief Haakon E. Meyer at Public Health Institute believes there is reason to look into why so many young people have low vitamin D levels. Vitamin D is naturally produced in the body when out in the sun. In the summer time is 15 minutes enough. But in the winter you have to stay out in the sun to produce the same amount of vitamin D.
