My Animal ID # is A1001628 A volunteer writes: Gumball is just as sweet as his name and when I stop at his kennel Im greeted by a pair of dark, pleading eyes and a chorus of happy wall-thumping tail wags. He even gets up his hind legs to kiss my hand through the door! Its his very first day at the Care Center so hes still a bit anxious and just in case his affectionate display didnt win me over he throws in a few pitiful little whines for good measure...oh Gumball, as if I could resist! This slender sweetheart has a personality thats still very puppy-like, Gumball really wants to be wanted and will constantly seek out my attention and affection, hes not a cuddler exactly but when he looks at me its with the eyes of a baby hungry for love. He pulls excitedly on leash at first but once we hit the street Gumball calms to a nice steady pace and meets other dogs with a happy smile and soft body language, theres not a mean bone in his beautiful brindled body. Gumball knows how to sit on command for a throw of the ball and he likes his plush toys too but hes no guarder and will let me take them from right under his nose. I could easily see him excelling in doggie obedience class, his keen focus and eagerness to please making him the ideal student. When we go to the sink area to find a toy Gumball puts his front paws up on the bench and looks toward the tap to let me know hed like some water - what a smart cookie! This guy has BFF written all over him and hed just love to be yours, so treat yourself to something sweet today - ask for the one and only Gumball! Sweet GUMBALL can be reserved on the ACC website & adopted directly from the shelter if you can pick him up within 48 hrs. OR, if you need help getting him, Fill out @ least 3-4 Applications to NEW HOPE Rescues. DO IT RIGHT NOW!
