បញ្ហាសព្វបែបយ៉ាងនៅ កម្ពុជាបានក្លាយទៅជា ជម្ងឺមហារីកសង្គម។ដើម្បីធ្វើការវះកាត់ ព្យាបាលជម្ងឺនេះ គឺយើងត្រូវការ រដ្ឋាភិបាល និងមេដឹកនាំថ្មី។គេសង្កេតឃើញថា ប៉ុន្មានថ្ងៃចុងក្រោយនេះ ពួកផ្តាច់ការនៅតែបន្ត ប្រើហិង្សាប្រឆាំងទៅនឹង ច្បាប់សិទ្ធិមនុស្សអន្តរជាតិ ដែលជាសញ្ញា បង្ហាញពីភាពខ្សោយរបស់ខ្លួន និងជិតដួលរលំ ព្រោះតែទទួលរង សម្ពាធ និងការថ្កោលទោស និងការដាក់ទណ្ឌកម្ម ពីសហគមន៍អន្តរជាតិ និងអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិយ៉ាងដំណំ រួមមាន សេដ្ឋកិច្ច នយោបាយ និងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម។ តួយ៉ាងកម្ពុជាត្រូវការ លុយជំនួយ ជាងបីពាន់លានដុល្លារអាមេរិក សម្រាប់ ដកដង្ហើមរដ្ឋាភិបាល ឯកបក្ស។តែរហូតមកដល់ពេលនេះ គ្មានម្ចាស់ជំនួយណា ប្រកាសជួយឡើយ ដែលមិនយូរទេ យើងនឹងមានការបោះឆ្នោតសាជាថ្មីក្នុងពេលឆាប់ៗ។ All issue in Cambodia is the social cancer. And in order to operate it for treatment, we need the new government and leader. We notice that some recent days the dictators have still committed savage violence against the international human rights law. This indicates their weakness and that they nearly fall because of a serious pressure of condemnation and sanction of the international communities and the United Nations including economy, politics and business. For instance, Cambodia always needs donation of over 3 billion dollars for breathing the single-government’s functioning but so far there is no any donor donated yet. We must have re-election soon, actually.
