By the end of 2014, the estimated govt debt owed to foreign countries and international bodies (WB, ADB, and etc) is staggering at around 9 billions (that 9,000 millions) dollars.... 9,000,000,000 US dollars. Note that two out of the total 9 billions dollars owed to the US and Russia before CPP installed (puppet) govt took power in 1979. ALL OF US MUST CHALLENGE CPP TO PROVIDE EVIDENCE VALUE OF MONEY OF THOSE 7 BILLIONS DOLLARS that CPP borrowed (and all of khmers people have to pay back).
