【お知らせ / Announcement】 We have established Asian Identity Inc. an HR consulting firm. We aim at the top position as a consulting company which specializes in South East Asian countries. Asian Identity has 2 meanings. The one is enhancing Asian-ness. In a globalized era, it is essential for us to understand what our core identity is, which makes ourselves different from others. We can see a lot of diversity in South Asian countries and leveraging those diversity is the key for the business success. We support our clients with our cutting-edge HR consulting expertise and discover a unique business model that is truly Asian and globally competitive. The second meaning is that “All of Asia is gradually becoming as one. In 2015 AEC will be enacted and this region is economically united. Companies activities will go more border-less and well see more and more cross-country business and organization. We will contribute to create a future in which “Asia is One” and it is our hope to make this age a reality. Our core business basis will be Thailand, which is gathering much attention as a business hub of ASEAN region. I’ll be stationed there and be engaged in business development. In Japan office, Mr. Kato, CEO of Forward Inc. will play a director’s role to cover the Japan market. We truly hope to do innovative projects with a lot of our clients in Asia !!! このたび、新会社Asian Identity Inc. を設立しCEOに就任しました。東南アジアに特化したHRコンサルティングファームとしてNo.1のポジションを目指していきます。 社名「Asian Identity」には2つの意味を込めています。 一つは、「アジアらしさ」という意味です。 日本人が海外に出てはじめて「日本人らしさ」を意識するように、グローバル時代においては自分のアイデンティティ（自分らしさ、と訳しています）を意識することが重要です。東南アジアの国々も、それぞれ固有の歴史や文化を持ち、「独自の良さ」に満ち満ちています。またそこにいる個人も当然ながら多種多様です。その多様性を生かし、育み、「アジアらしい経営モデル」の構築と発信を、組織・人事開発コンサルティングの領域からクライアント支援していきます。 二つ目は、「アジアはひとつ」という意味です。 2015年にAEC（アセアン経済共同体）が発足し、東南アジア地域は名目上、経済的に一つになります。企業の活動もますますボーダーレスになり、国をまたいだビジネスや組織構築が進むでしょう。とはいいながらも、まだまだ個々の国々の関係は複雑で文化宗教も大きな隔たりがあります。そんな中で、葛藤を乗り越え、より大きな目線で、我々は一つなんだ、という意識を持てるかが、新しいアジア組織の構成員が持つべき視点です。そんな組織づくりにみなさんと一緒にチャレンジし、新しい時代を作っていきたいと思います。 当面の活動拠点はタイになります。タイは、東南アジア有数のビジネス集積地であり、クリエイティブな起業拠点地としての注目が高まっています。中村が同地に常駐しクライアントを支援することを通じて、上記のメッセージをアジア全体に発信していきたいと思います。 また、日本での活動拠点もおきます。日本側のDirectorとして「メッシ超え、バルサ超え」を目指す男、「日本一前向きな男」、「日本一ズボンを破る男」として有名な（笑）、株式会社フォワード代表の加藤明拓さんに就任いただき、パワフルに進めていきます。 おかげさまで開業直後にもかかわらず多数のプロジェクトを発注いただいています。（ありがとうございます） 当面は人材採用、組織構築を急ぎ、クライアントへの価値を高めてまいります。みなさんどうぞよろしくお願いします。 （ロゴも作りました。デザインはカンボジアの奥ちゃんにお願いしました！）
