얼마전 새로 들어온 탄두르 오븐(Tandoor Oven)이 이제 제자리를 잡았답니다. 오븐 내부를 진흙으로 바른 후 숯을 이용한 전통 방식이라 은은한 숯불향과 깊은 맛을 기대할 수 있는데요. 당장 이라도 기름기를 쪽 뺀 탄두리 치킨(Tandoori Chicken)을 맛보고 싶네요. ^^ Recently entered the original Tandoori oven. After applying the mud inside a method using charcoal So you can expect a deep aroma and flavor of charcoal cooking. Now the taste of Tandoori chicken will get better. :)
