❤️2 Corinthians 11:12-15❤️ And what I am doing I will continue to do, so that I may eliminate any opportunity for those who want a chance to be regarded as our equals in the things they boast about. For such people are false apostles, deceitful workers, disguising themselves as apostles of Christ. And no wonder, for even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light. Therefore it is not surprising his servants also disguise themselves as servants of righteousness, whose end will correspond to their actions. We are warned many times throughout scripture of false apostles and/or deceitful workers. These people are pretenders who seek to pervade our lives with false gospels that lead us astray. As we face threats like this, it can be overwhelming to consider a defense. Philippians 4:6-7 says, “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” Anxiety and uncertainty fades away in the shadow of the peace of God. He is able to be our rock and strength, and we must turn to Him with our cares and worries, our needs and hopes. Holy Spirit, lead us as we seek to live for God, and keep us anchored firmly to gospel – to Jesus Christ.🙏
