Exercises are superset. Superset = After completing all (20) reps of first exercise, move on to second exercise immediately with no rest. ⏰ 2 minutes rest is taken between sets. Additional Keys to victory - Start with a lower weight, document it, and progressively move up in weight each week. This workout is tough and will burn your shoulder muscles.
