ﺑﺴﻢ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﺍﻟﺮﺣﻤﻦ ﺍﻟﺮﺣﻴﻢ ﺍﻟﺴﻼﻡ ﻋﻠﻴﻜﻢ ﻭ ﺭﺣﻤﺔ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻭ ﺑﺮﻛﺎﺗﻪ Better than a thousand months (LAYLATHUL QADR ( ♥ Who doesn’t like to achieve The Night of Decree for even one time in his life? Who doesn’t wish to see the lights of this great night that equals a thousand months; it is even greater than a thousand months? ¤Allah (SWT) says in his noble Quran: “Verily, We sent it down in the night of Al-Qadr (Decree) And what will make you know what The Night of Decree is better than a thousand months* Therein descend the angles and the Ruh (Gabriel) by Allah’s permission with all Decrees* (All that nights), there is peace (and goodness from Allah to His believing slaves) until the appearance of dawn” [Al-Qadr:97]. # The Night of Decree= 1000 months=1000 months × 30 nights= 30,000 nights (even more). ¤The virtue of the last ten nights: This is demonstrated by the words and example of the Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him), for he used to strive hard in worship during these nights as he did not do at any other time, and he would single them out for total devotion to worship, Itikaaf and withdrawing himself from worldly affairs in order to focus on the Hereafter. Nothing is more indicative of that than the words of the Mother of the Believers Aisha Raziyallahu Anha, who said: The Messenger of Allah (Peace Be Upon Him) used to strive hard in worship during these nights as he did not do at any other time. [Sahih Muslim] And it was narrated that she Raziyallahu Anha said: When the last ten nights began, he would tighten his waist wrapper, stay awake at night, and wake his family. [Sahih Bukhari & Sahih Muslim] ==> How can we reach The Night of Decree? What about supplication?
