piyo- lower body Do you take time to stretch? I am awful at stretching but I run and jump and do crazy impact workouts daily my body needs it. I also crave the feeling after a good lift it lets me know I challenged my muscles. I am a go>go>Go type person, but surprisingly loving PIYO. Why? Well I still get to strengthen my body, sculpt define and strengthen my muscles( I feel muscles I didnt know I had) while stretching and LEANing out! My body is rewarding me for it to. I feel great. My thighs are slimmer my abs more defined, my leg muscles I notice more and my range of motion/flexibility has increased in less than 2 weeks. Plus along with the 3 day refresh I lost 4lbs in week 1! I just had to share this program with my fit family because I want you to feel as good as I do
