--------- HERE IS MY LINE - THIS NEEDS TO STOP ----------- I fight against arrest for VICTIMLESS CRIME, but this is even more absurd. Police Arrest Someone for OBJECTING to SURRENDER THEIR HOME. We got the third amendment of the constitution on the following basis: The poorest man may in his cottage bid defiance to all the forces of the Crown. It may be frail — its roof may shake — the wind may blow through it — the storm may enter — the rain may enter — but the King of England cannot enter — all his force dares not cross the threshold of the ruined tenement! Yet, Police Power is a slippery slope. It appears that we as a nation may be slipping into a police state more rapidly that I ever imaged. These officers take an oath, but I question who is holding them too it. Based on reports like this: "Swearing to Uphold and Defend the Constitution does not appear to mean what it used to." When the police can take control of your house, and arrest you for resisting something has gone terribly wrong.
