------HUNGER TO SUM UP;- 1Eat only when hungry,DO not eat without hunger. 2.Eat only when u r mentally calm. DO not eat when u r emotionally upset or excied. 3.Eat only when u r free from fatigue. If there is any fatigue, better take some rest and there-after eat. 4. Never eat while the body is experiencing acute symptoms such as pain ,fever, etc.,Food taken in such condition prolongs the agony of the individual. Fasting is indicated in such cases. If very necessary, some light fruit juices may taken 5.. Do not eat if u have work ahead.you must take at least 2. hrs. rest after the meal 6,Do not eat at odd hours,very early in the morning,late in the afternoon or or very late night[after10 0r 11p.m.] IF the above principles ,which are all based on applied physiology,time -tested , are followed in daily life,THE ILL CAN BECOME WELL, THE WELL BETTER AND THE BETTER STILL BETTER.
