--- RESPONSE --- Some cars may be equipped with special equipment to maximize the damage upon impact, and may be so large as to ensure they can drive over other cars monster-truck style. That might be overkill for legitimate transportation purposes, and enables people to get in their cars and do maximum damage when drunk or not drunk. It would make sense to limit ownership of those cars to military, demolition, and other specially licensed people.
