The same type of job worker selection can be implemented in Municipality- LGB, Education, Social welfare, Hospitals, Court, Temples / church/ Mosque, Arrack sales / Toddy production, sales, supply etc. depot, Mid day meals at schools, Security / watch and ward / Guard / escort / sentry / circle’s traffic police etc. By this works the jobs can be placed on minimum wages say rs100 per day at all government departments / under takings ie 1lakh jobs per year can easily provided at all the centres of the country by GOI Because the stae governments has failed on this works since from 1950 at all areas of the country at all Regimes in this Millennium. The same case was at Tirupati, Hyderabad, Kurnool etc. Hence the Dental hospital OP clinic officer has to transfer to Taluk centers. The worker / technical staff may be transferred to other departments in the hospitals. Also the Health department should be ordered not to select or post the dentists in the OP of the RIMS , OU, RNRMGH, KGH etc. the places in which has Dental college and hospital at the same place / centre. This cost savings will paves the way to post the Dentists at the PHC at Rural, Tribal, Remote, Back ward etc areas of the country. The OP clinic case was same in the Opthamalic, Gynecology, Maternity, ENT etc clinic are there at the Osmania, Gandhi hospitals, Saroginidevi Eye hospitals . The Dental, Eye, ENT etc. should be in one hospital at the GHMC area.
