Every Monday morning at work we have an All Crew Run of Day. Its a chance for us to catch up on some housekeeping, talk culture, share ideas, connect as a crew, and often have loads of fun. This morning we talked about the importance of getting to learn rather than having to learn. How that subtle shift in perspective and language can empower us as a creative crew, or shame us into stagnating as individuals. Im so blessed to work with people that love to learn. People who crave knowledge and value wisdom. People who look at a problem and see an opportunity not a roadblock. Make learning a way of life, a perpetual state of existence. It doesnt matter what you do for a living or what your favourite past time is you can always get better, you can always grow.
