--Former U.S. Senator Rod Grams died Tuesday at age 65 following a lengthy battle with cancer. Grams had a lucrative career in radio and television before turning to a political career in 1992 winning the U.S. House 6th District then winning the U.S. Senate seat in 2004 where he served from January 1995 to January 2001. Following that Senator Grams and his wife Christine bought Little Falls Radio Corporation in 2004. In 2007 Rod Grams began hosting his informative talk show Up Front at 9:05 on AM960 KLTF where he continued to host up until this past August. Services are pending at this time for Rod Grams.
