- Parents’ with Children, Please be ALERT! Do not leave your children unnoticed, not even for a minute! Accidents or even other crimes (Abduction, Murder, etc) can happen anytime! Two of the recent news had completely shook me and made me speechless; 1. Both of the parents were at home at the time their 2 daughters (aged 2and 5) died inside the washing machine due to blood loss and suffocation. The father was in his room listening to music, and the mother was preparing food in the kitchen. 2. A man was to take care of his girlfriend’s 3 daughters (age 10, 5 and 3), left the apartment for 10 minutes. By the time he came back, he saw the 3 and the 10-year-old girls wound up and stuffed inside the couch. The older girl managed to come out, but the younger one was unable to do so. She was found unconscious and rushed to the hospital but couldn’t be saved. This could be called ‘carelessness’ or ‘being reluctant’. Some may even make up mind-excuses, saying, “Away for 2 minutes, won’t do any harm.” It’s a risk that you’re taking. All-in-all, when it comes to children, please don’t leave them without a care!
