--i know its a little lame to post workout pics but i just wanted to take a minute to share my personal journey of health these past few months and how important it is to your body to have proper diet, a little commitment and exercise and how much your body will love you back for it ! --a little before and after of my back with 3 weeks difference. i lost a lot of weight these past few months from stress and not eating right or regularly and in the past three weeks ive really buckled down and tried to gain my weight back in a healthy matter! with a little commitment, dedication, all the weights, proper diet, and my best friend JT Tolentino kicking my ass to do that extra rep im super stoked about this personal journey of mine! the best part of it all is we have a lot of fun at the gym while being serious and i think everybody needs that in their life! i truly dont know what id do without him! i like to think im here to prove to anybody no matter what size you are you can achieve whatever you want! im the smallest girl ever but no matter what i give it my all!! you just have to love your body no matter what and treat it with respect and always push! (: just never give up and have patience! greatness will always prevail! if theres anything ive done right in these past couple weeks is stay true to something and i keep pushing to achieve and thats the most important thing to me; that i can still find joy in something and thats my health and diet and working out! (: to all my friends on the fitness journey never give up!! youre one day; one sit up; one rep closer to your goals!
