Candidate should have minimum 3 years and above work experience as an UI Designer / UI developer / UX Designer. Strong work experience in web application rich user interface development, including Javascript libraries, e.g. jQuery, and rich client-side development. Strong work experience with UI Skills: XHTML /XML/ standards compliance, CSS3, Javascript , AJAX, 960 grid design system , Accessibility, Rapid Prototyping & Wireframe skills, Cross Browser Development. Strong work experience of JSP and Web Development Work Experience in Mobile Web and other HTML5 development. Work experience with Java technologies: J2EE, Java Application Servers (Glassfish, Tomcat, JBoss). Windows OS: ability to install and configure Java tool stack on server environment. Experience with Web Servers (Microsoft IIS, Apache HTTP Server). Object modeling, Object oriented analysis, Development and Design Experience in Enterprise Application. Client Interface/ Customer Service focus. Experience in PLM will be an added advantage. Experience using PhotoShop and Illustrator for asset production Agile/Scrum: o Automated unit testing approach and tooling (eg nunit). o Continuous Integration (eg. Cruisecontrol). o User Stories & estimation techniques. o Build Automation. o Refactoring.
